Role Overview
- Present content (astrology topics, daily horoscopes, rituals, informational segments, user guides or promos) on camera in clear Hindi and/or English.
- Read scripts or improvise (as per content plan) - ensuring clarity, correct pronunciation, appropriate tone and engaging delivery.
- Work with a video production/editing team to produce high-quality video content for social media, app, website, and other digital platforms.
- Occasionally record voice-overs (if needed) for content without on-screen appearance.
- Maintain brand’s voice, tone and guidelines consistently.
- Collaborate with content, creative and marketing teams to plan and schedule video shoots.
- Be punctual, professional, and comfortable with multiple takes and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as on-screen face of Astroyogi for video content - educational, promotional, or regular astrology content.
- Deliver spoken content clearly, confidently, and engagingly
- Record voice-over narration when on-camera appearance is not required
- Maintain good diction, voice clarity, pacing suitable for both Hindi and English audience.
- Coordinate with video editors / production to ensure final output meets quality & brand standards.
- Follow scripts or briefs accurately; take direction and adapt style as needed.
- Possibly contribute feedback or suggestions for video format, presentation style, or script improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent spoken Hindi and/or English - clear diction and articulation.
- Comfortable talking on camera or recording voice-overs with confidence.
- Good presence, screen-confidence, natural / clear voice, friendly but professional delivery.
- Basic familiarity with digital video content - comfortable working with cameras or smartphones + mic + simple studio setup (if required).
- Ability to follow instructions, work with scripts, take feedback, and deliver in timely manner.
- Good communication skills, team-spirit, punctuality, reliability.
- Passion (or at least openness) for spirituality, astrology, wellness or related fields - helpful but not strictly mandatory.
Preferred / Good-to-have (optional)
- Prior experience as video presenter, host, YouTuber, anchor, or voice-over artist.
- Basic understanding of editing/video production workflow.
- Comfortable improvising content or giving small ad-libs when needed.
- Understanding of astrology/ spiritual content - so that you can better match tone/context.
